The Grand Palaceis one of the main must see tourist attractions in Bangkok. The former home of the king of Thailand, the complex is now used for official functions and guests.
With many temples and buildings in the complex, the architecture is both ostentatious and stunning.
Note: There are dress rules for entering the Palace I.e no shorts or singlets. You can hire colorful trousers if you arrive wearing shorts. Am not sure about shirts for hire but probably the same.
