Seasons of Perth is one of the hotels I have stayed at when in Perth, Western Australia.
It is reasonably priced, is in a very good location in the Perth CBD. There are a restaurant and bar downstairs, with more restaurants, cafes, bars and shops just short walk away.
The Murray street and Hay street malls are a 5 minute walk away. There are department stores, clothes and food shops along with banks, cafes, upmarket restaurants and the library.
Elizabeth Quay is not much further away and you can take a ferry to go to the zoo or to Fremantle or just go for a stroll and have a coffee.
